Each service starts with an honest look at what the watch actually needs.
We do not begin servicing until we have assessed the watch and agreed with the owner on what is needed. For simpler services — a battery change or a seal check — this assessment happens at drop-off. For mechanical services, we may take a day to look more carefully before confirming the scope.
If we find something additional during the work, we pause and get in touch rather than proceeding. The price stated at the start is the price paid, unless you have agreed to change the scope.

Service 01
Quartz Service & Battery
A tidy battery change with a movement check and a fresh seal, keeping a quartz watch running smoothly and comfortable around moisture. Suited to everyday and dress watches. Includes an exterior clean and a note on the next recommended check.

Hand & Dial Refresh
A gentle refresh of hands and dial appearance where suitable, with careful handling to keep original character intact. Helpful for watches that still run well but look tired. Includes a close inspection and honest advice if the work is not needed.

Complete Mechanical Service
A full mechanical service covering cleaning, lubrication, and gentle regulation, returning steadier timekeeping to a well-loved automatic. Intended for watches worn for many years. Scheduled over two to three weeks with friendly updates. Includes a timing report and a seal check.

No work without agreement
Scope and price are agreed before work begins. Unexpected findings are communicated before we touch anything additional.

Protective covers on cases and dials during work. Individual storage during multi-day services.
Seal check as standard
Case seals are inspected on every service. In Bangkok's climate, this is not optional.
Written service record
Every watch leaves with a written note of what was done, parts used, and next interval.
Pricing in Thai baht, confirmed upfront
All prices are in Thai baht and stated before work starts. No foreign currency pricing or hidden fees.
Refused when not appropriate
If a watch needs something outside our scope, we say so and suggest where to take it. No job accepted that we cannot do properly.
